It will always be a mystery to me why the Koreans are so damn good at using a simple eyeliner tool to change up their entire look. They have grasped the technique of manipulating a simple kohl pencil or gel liner to make eyes look catty, angelic, droopy, innocent or down right smexy.
Here's 4 ulzzang inspired eyeliner looks I've been loving for some time. The inner rimmed eyes bring wide set eyes closer together. The bottom droopy liner gives a more innocent and elongated eye look.
Do experiment for your favorite ulzzang eyeliner look cause different liner styles suit different eye shapes.

totally agree with you that the Koreans are experts with eyeliners...I just can't do what they do with the liner.

I've actually been wearing my eyeliner in all sorts of ways and the ways that look most flattering ( in real life or picture) is always the ulzzang eyeliner styles or Gyaru ones.. It's a handy skill to have so good luck!
